Account Deletion

Permanently delete your Timos account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Before you delete your account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you confirm, your account cannot be recovered.

Deleting your account removes the following data:

  • Friend relationships
  • Group memberships and your roles in them
  • Conversations, messages and drafts
  • Files you uploaded to Timos servers
  • Blacklist / report records, privacy & auto-reply settings, push records, and login state on all devices

Uninstalling the app from your device is NOT account deletion. To delete your account, complete the flow below.

If you are the owner of a group, transfer ownership to another member inside the app before deleting — otherwise deletion will be blocked.

Messages already received and stored on other users' devices are not removed when you delete your account.
